Freelance Sales Representative

Local established wellness studio is seeking a motivated, personable sales professional to join our growing studio. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity perfect for someone who thrives on building genuine connections and helping people discover wellness solutions that truly serve them.
You'll be responsible for:
- Converting warm leads provided by the studio into loyal clients
- Proactively generating new leads through networking and relationship-building
- Selling yoga class packages, workshops, teacher trainings, and wellness retreats
- Developing corporate partnerships and managing B2B sales to build YOPA's corporate wellness profile
- Conducting consultative sales conversations that match clients with the right offerings for their needs
- Maintaining excellent client relationships that reflect YOPA's values of care, inclusivity, and personal growth
- Meeting with potential clients face-to-face when beneficial (hybrid approach recommended)

Required:
- Minimum Diploma or tertiary education certificate
- Sales experience (any industry considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Comfortable with consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
- Able to work independently and manage your own time
- Singapore-based with ability to meet clients in person when beneficial
Preferred:
- Experience with high-ticket sales or premium services
- Passion for yoga, wellness, or holistic health
- Experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Existing network in wellness, fitness, or corporate sectors
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Essential Qualities:
- Genuine desire to help people find what serves them (not pushy or aggressive)

- Understands that great reviews and long-term relationships matter
