Medical Sales Representative

They boast an extensive distribution network that serves a wide range of healthcare institutions, including government and private hospitals, day surgery centers, specialist and primary care clinics, laboratories, and nursing homes.

The Job
- Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to Hospitals, Clinics, and Eldercare facilities.
- Develop and build customer relationships and expand professional networks within the healthcare sector.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
- Organize and execute seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives as assigned by the company.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Deliver product presentations and conduct training sessions for agency-related products, including organizing product evaluation trials and gathering user feedback to support new product development.
- Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports covering market intelligence, competitive landscape, promotional activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Manage the full product lifecycle across all SKUs and model variants.
- Implement brand management strategies with effective product positioning and benchmarking against key competitors.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute successful launch plans for new products.
- Oversee and control project-related costs for accounts under your responsibility, ensuring profitability and efficient resource use.
The Talent
- Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science / Science
- 2 years of experience in Medical Sales industry
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, outgoing and independent
- Computer Skills with MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
