The Job

  • Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to Hospitals, Clinics, and Eldercare facilities.
  • Develop and build customer relationships and expand professional networks within the healthcare sector.
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Organize and execute seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives as assigned by the company.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Deliver product presentations and conduct training sessions for agency-related products, including organizing product evaluation trials and gathering user feedback to support new product development.
  • Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports covering market intelligence, competitive landscape, promotional activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle across all SKUs and model variants.
  • Implement brand management strategies with effective product positioning and benchmarking against key competitors.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute successful launch plans for new products.
  • Oversee and control project-related costs for accounts under your responsibility, ensuring profitability and efficient resource use.

The Talent

  • Diploma, preferably in Nursing / Business / Biomedical Science / Science
  • 2 years of experience in Medical Sales industry
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, outgoing and independent
  • Computer Skills with MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
