Medical Specialist Sales Representative

Role Summary Join our Singapore team as a Medical Specialist Sales Rep. Promote and sell our innovative nutraceuticals to clinics/specialists. Build key relationships and drive territory market share. Key Responsibilities Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas within the designated territory. Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists. Product Expertise: Become the subject matter expert on our nutraceutical product line, including features, clinical applications, competitive advantages, and relevant clinical data. Presentations & Demos: Conduct persuasive product presentations and in-service training sessions for individuals and groups in clinical settings. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Administrative: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using our CRM system. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare services industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Consultative Approach: Demonstrated ability to understand complex clinical needs and position technical products as solutions. Work Location: This role is based in Singapore and does not require extensive travel. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
