**_Job description_**

**General**
- Good knowledge of PAUL's branding and product offerings
- Achieve sales team goals and KPI as assigned
- Be accountable for increasing revenue, new client acquisition and/or existing client growth
- Handle feedback and resolve issues from clients in a prompt and professional manner ensuring that all feedback / complaints are reviewed and follow-up action(s) are initiated
- Work closely with operations, logistic and marketing team
- Maintenance of sales related materials and documents through established internal procedures
- Reporting of sales figures and any campaign sales update to management (weekly / monthly)
- Analyse end of month sales for any discrepancies and report updates to Finance team
- Includes administrative duties related to catering such as preparation of quotations, proposals, confirmations, delivery orders and other agreements necessary to facilitate sales.
- On-site presence required for events and peak period, ensuring smooth delivery and quality of service at all times
**Vendor management for online food delivery channels**
- Liaison between outlets and food delivery platforms / respective account manager
- Menu management and update for Grab, Foodpanda and Deliveroo (inclusive of checks for all outlets upon launch date)
- Monitoring sales figure, order discrepancy and fulfilment status with operations team and accounts team
**Website and sales channel management**
- Working knowledge of HTML and website management
- Comfortable with using WordPress / Shopify
- Prompt in update of campaigns and new menu on launch date
- Effective planning with external developers on dates and timelines
- Point of contact with developers for discrepancies found by users
- Checks and testing required upon feature / menu launches and reporting to management on outcomes
**Corporate sales**
- Developing positive long-term relationships with new / existing clients
- Touching base and promoting new campaign to new / existing clients through above channels through consultative selling and need based selling
- Adaptable and quick thinking, understanding clients’ needs and proposing an adequate package for their event needs
- Ability to perform and deliver client requirements in a timely and professional manner
- Added advantage if proficient in LinkedIn sales and prospecting
**Online sales management**
- Managing day-to-day sales operation
- Track, update and document all incoming orders for operations and logistic team's reference
- Coordinate, update and ensure operations and logistic team are in sync with upcoming delivery schedule
**_Requirements: _**
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales (F&B background preferred)
- Diploma in any field
- Productivity and results-driven individual
- Experience in Digital Sales will be an added advantage

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
