Global Sales Coordinator

Assist and support the sales team with sales and sample enquiries, sales

quotations, data entry, administrative paperwork and invoices (e.g. PO, PI, CN, DN)
- Process payments and assist in ensuring prompt collection and preventing any debt write-offs
- Coordinate and assist in catalogue implementations
- Coordinate sample arrangement and delivery with the factory
- Arrange for delivery of catalogues and samples to customers and distributors
- Maintain tidiness of the samples in the warehouse and gallery
- Assist Head of Global Sales to conduct research and analysis of current product types and pricing in the industry
- Assist Sales team to develop product positioning and pricing strategies
- Perform other assignments offered by the Sales Director
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with at least a B3 in ‘O’ Level English
- Minimum 1-year experience in Sales and Marketing
- Detailed and meticulous in document preparations
- IT-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with associates
- Ability to work and perform under stressful conditions and tight timelines

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
