Operations Executive, Events & Training (3–4 Months Contract)

Location: Ang Mo Kio | Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6pm | Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm

Salary: Up to $3,000 (based on experience & education)

What You'll Do:

  • Support Dojo Programme Managers in delivering seamless learning operations.
  • Manage logistics, training room setups, AV equipment, and signage.
  • Oversee F&B arrangements for training sessions.
  • Greet participants, distribute materials, and provide onsite support.
  • Prepare training materials, track attendance, and handle procurement, course registration, and funding processes.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ITE or Polytechnic Diploma holder.
  • 1–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in IT or professional services is a plus.
  • Prior experience in learning operations or training administration is advantageous.
