About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Events Executive to join our dynamic team at IDA'S EVENTS PTE. LTD. in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of engaging corporate and social events that exceed our clients' expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
  • Source and liaise with vendors (e.g. venues, catering, entertainment) to deliver high-quality events within budget
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including timelines, event materials, and on-site management
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the event planning process
  • Monitor and analyse event performance, providing detailed post-event reports
  • Support the team in the promotion of events through various marketing channels

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and the internal team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative flair and a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences
  • Proficiency in using event management software and tools
