Responsibilities

  • Supervise and process end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
  • Keep up-to-date on employment legislation and ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of payroll tax filings.
  • Assist in preparing of payroll-related reports for management, finance, and auditing purposes.
  • Support in internal and external payroll audits.
  • Recommend and assist in process improvements to enhance payroll operations.
  • Guide the payroll team to effectively deliver payroll accurately on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant payroll experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong employee service orientation.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Attentiveness to details and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Success Factors will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
