**Job Scope**:

- Payroll processing, ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax, etc
- Handle HR administrative duties
- Manage employee’s records
- Assist in User Management for e-Leave
- Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Coordinate in renewals of Employee Annual insurance
- Prepare employment contracts and HR related documents
- Assist in Expense Reporting
- Assist in planning company events
- Assist in any Global HR initiatives
- Any ad-hoc task as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR / Business or other related discipline
- Possess minimum 1 year of Payroll Processing experience
- Good understanding of MOM labour laws
- Proactive and keen learner
- Good team player and ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill

- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: Up to $3200/mth + AWS + VB
