Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. You will work closely with overseas business units and local stakeholders to deliver HR operational excellence and support a full spectrum of HR functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with overseas business units to deliver HR operational services.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, line managers, and employees.
  • Handle timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including preparation of reports for local and overseas.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with statutory and company policies.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local audits and statutory requirements.
  • Support full spectrum HR functions and administration, including employee advisory and issue resolution.
  • Assist in planning and execution of employee welfare programs.
  • Perform other HR administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
