Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with overseas business units to deliver seamless HR operational services.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, line managers, and employees, to support HR initiatives.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, ensuring compliance for both local and overseas operations.
  • Able to maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, supporting local audits.
  • Provide comprehensive support across the full spectrum of HR functions, addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
  • At least 3 year(s) working experience in related field.
