As a Corporate Sales Call Executive, you will be the frontliner of BELLS' corporate training growth — responsible for opening doors, sparking interest, and securing appointments with decision makers so our Sales Executives can convert them into long-term corporate partnerships.
Scope of Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales-Driven Call Executive to set qualified appointments with key decision makers through making cold calls.
- Create interest, urgency, purpose in calls to facilitate appointment fixing
- Adapt sales pitches based on merits of BELLS' courses and overall training landscape
- Navigate call hierarchies to reach the actual decision maker.
Deliver persuasive scripts and continuously refine sales pitches to maximise appointment setting.
Proactively search for new leads through online research, networking, and databases, in addition to those provided
Research on companies and decision makers based on leads received/generated to increase success changes
Log all outreach activity, outcomes, and appointments into the CRM system.
- Communicate closely with Sales Executives to increase sales conversion during appointments.
- Follow company processes, call workflows, and reporting requirements consistently.
- Continuously refine process to achieve higher efficiency and success
Key Attributes
- Candidates with proven corporate tele-sales experience, especially in B-to-B setting
- Results-oriented person who thrives on driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
- Agile thinker and problem solver, able to adjust sales approaches to achieve objectives
