As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into signed corporate training contracts through meetings— driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with organisations. You will work closely with the Caller team, leveraging their appointments to present BELLS' corporate solutions and secure business.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Consultative Selling & Presentations

  • Meet with HR, L&D managers, and business leaders through appointments secured by the Caller team.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand training gaps and workforce transformation requirements.
  • Present BELLS' corporate training solutions, customised packages, and funding advantages.

Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Prepare ROI-driven proposals and grant maps aligned with client needs.
  • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close contracts within sales cycle timelines.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with BELLS' corporate packs and SSG/SkillsFuture guidelines.

Pipeline & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Callers to maximise lead-to-deal conversion.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate deal stages, next steps, deta8ils
  • Independently secure meeting leads to reach sales and meeting targets if insufficient meetings are generated from callers.
  • Collaborate with operations and other teams for seamless handover after closing.

As this is a KPI driven role with high commission tagged to compensation package, the candidate will be monitored and assessed based on KPI such as:-

  • Conversion of caller appointments to closed deals
  • Sales closed per month
  • Average deal size
  • Sales cycle length from first contact to closure\
