Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Secretarial Support

  2. Manage and maintain a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated and offshore clients.

  3. Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA and other authorities.
  4. Draft board resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, and other corporate documents.
  5. Maintain and update statutory registers, company records, and minute books.
  6. Coordinate and assist in organizing board and shareholders' meetings.

  7. Compliance and Advisory

  8. Ensure clients' compliance with statutory and regulatory filing requirements.

  9. Advise clients on corporate governance and company law matters.
  10. Assist with company incorporation, cessation, and other entity-related changes.
  11. Handle corporate restructuring matters such as director or shareholder changes, share allotments, and transfers.
  12. Support KYC reviews, due diligence, and compliance checks in line with company policy.

  13. Liaison and Communication

  14. Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

  15. Communicate effectively with clients on statutory requirements and deadlines.
  16. Provide timely updates to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction

  17. Internal Support

  18. Assist in streamlining internal processes and maintaining document templates.

  19. Support senior team members in ad hoc corporate assignments and special projects.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or related field. Those who do not hold the relevant qualifications but have relevant working experience are most welcome to apply.
  • 1–3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience (for Executive); fresh graduates may apply for Associate.
  • ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA e-services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate secretarial software (e.g., Blueprint, Viewpoint).
  • Meticulous, well-organised, and able to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and client-service mindset.
