Job Responsibilities
As a Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of clients and ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your key duties include:
- Preparing and filing statutory documents with ACRA and other relevant authorities.
- Maintaining and updating corporate records and registers.
- Assisting in the incorporation of companies, striking-off, and other corporate secretarial matters.
- Preparing directors' and shareholders' resolutions, minutes, and related documents.
- Monitoring filing deadlines to ensure timely submission and compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
- Liaising with clients, auditors, and government agencies on secretarial and compliance matters.
- Assisting with KYC reviews, due diligence, and ensuring AML/CFT compliance.
- Supporting the team in ad-hoc corporate projects and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, ACRA filing requirements, and corporate compliance regulations
- Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple client portfolios independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
