  • Responsible for developing new accounts within the assigned market segment and maintaining/servicing existing corporate accounts
  • To be a mentor to new team members providing relevant guidance
  • Develop new business in the market with focus on cold calling, networking and incoming leads
  • Study the current market trends and identify improvements
  • Implement the sales plan
  • Pursue monthly set targets
  • Oversee the sales administrative duties
  • Organize guests' events

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in a proactive sales role in hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Demonstrate good managerial skills within the team
  • Mandarin speaking is critical in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates/clients
