Job Description

  • Actively seek opportunities to grow the business, develop marketing strategy and communication plan that promote successful partnerships to meet set objectives.
  • Recruitment, interview and onboarding of new business partners.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and/or external vendors to support business partners and franchisees.
  • Oversees and provide support to operations and business partners on their financial development and operational performance.
  • Responsible for all Income Audits and for preparing reports for the same.
  • Presentation to the board on performance of individual outlets.
  • Experience in managing or supporting overseas ventures and cross-border business operations will be an added advantage

Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, sales or related position
  • Possess strong proficiency in business operations and legal contractual knowledge
  • Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Structured, detailed and ability to lead a team
  • Positive, pro-active working attitude and solutions driven
  • Possess excellent communication (spoken and written) and strong interpersonal skill
  • Possess high integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese language
  • Able to work weekends
  • Experience in education industry will be an added advantage
