
Business Development Manager

Job Description
- Actively seek opportunities to grow the business, develop marketing strategy and communication plan that promote successful partnerships to meet set objectives.
- Recruitment, interview and onboarding of new business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments and/or external vendors to support business partners and franchisees.
- Oversees and provide support to operations and business partners on their financial development and operational performance.
- Responsible for all Income Audits and for preparing reports for the same.
- Presentation to the board on performance of individual outlets.
- Experience in managing or supporting overseas ventures and cross-border business operations will be an added advantage
Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Management
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in customer service, sales or related position
- Possess strong proficiency in business operations and legal contractual knowledge
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Structured, detailed and ability to lead a team
- Positive, pro-active working attitude and solutions driven
- Possess excellent communication (spoken and written) and strong interpersonal skill
- Possess high integrity and professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese language
- Able to work weekends
- Experience in education industry will be an added advantage
