Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including VARs, distributors, and system integrators.
- Build joint business plans with partners, ensuring alignment with company objective
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize their performance.
- Provide partners with sales support, product training, and marketing resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and conflict resolution.
- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Support joint customer engagements, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Monitor partner pipeline, forecast accurately, and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure partner success.
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to product and marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in the software/IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through channel partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and joint sales activities.
