Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Servicing
- Act as the primary contact point for clients, providing excellent account servicing and support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable events or account solutions.
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client events from start to finish.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, event schedules, and post-event evaluations.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth events delivery.
- Oversee on-site event operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Project & Financial Management
- Prepare project costings, quotations, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up on client payments.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for clients and management.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with creative, production, and logistics teams to deliver quality work.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff where required.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in account servicing and/or events management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management/event tools is advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as required for events.
