About the role

Join our dynamic team at Jordans Management Pte Ltd as a Client Account Service Executive. In this full-time position based in the Cecil Central Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and managing key client relationships. As a vital member of our sales and account management division, you will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their enquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our firm's capabilities
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our service offerings

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions
  • A team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
