- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM systems and track engagement with prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve client acquisition efforts
Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
- Curious, driven and eager to learn in a business development environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in sales, marketing or client-facing roles is a plus
