Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, channel partners, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align contract terms and business objectives.
  • Participate in and assist with business negotiations with partners and suppliers.
  • Support business development initiatives and partner onboarding.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partner management, or contract handling; experience in crypto/Web3 is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
