Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, channel partners, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, including service agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align contract terms and business objectives.
- Participate in and assist with business negotiations with partners and suppliers.
- Support business development initiatives and partner onboarding.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, partner management, or contract handling; experience in crypto/Web3 is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
