Power What Moves Tomorrow – Business Development Role in EV Charging
Join the fast-growing EV evolution We're seeking a driven and strategic Senior Executive, Business Development to power our expansion and sustain Charge+'s position as the leader in the EV charging industry. This role will report to both the Group COO and Group CEO, and will be pivotal in our capital raising exercise as well as development of the frameworks for our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) work. You will also identity new market opportunities, forge high-impact partnerships and shape go-to-market strategies that accelerate sustainable mobility.
You'll work at the forefront of green technology, engaging with property developers, government agencies, EV companies and fleet operators to drive adoption of our cutting-edge EV charging solutions. With a mix of analytical insight and entrepreneurial energy, you'll help define the future of clean transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and market to government agencies, condominiums, commercial & industrial premises and fleet operators, to secure electric vehicle (EV) charging station sites.
- Undertake business development and partnerships with corporates in the EV charging ecosystem.
- Support the company's capital raise activities through market insights, investor engagement and strategic positioning
- Formulate, monitor, coordinate cross-functionally, and report ESG targets and performance, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 - 5 years' experience in business development, including at least 1 year's experience in capital raise and corporate sustainability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical skills
