Ideal Candidate:

· years of experience in asset management, financial services, or fintech, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CEO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent).

·       Proven success driving digital transformation and digital asset solutions.

·       Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and global financial standards.

·       Visionary leader with excellent communication skills and ability to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Transformation – Drive the company's evolution from a traditional asset management firm to a fintech-powered financial services provider, ensuring long-term competitiveness and market leadership.

Define & Execute Digital-First Strategies – Develop and implement investment and business strategies that integrate AI and digital assets into core operations to maximize efficiency and growth.

Champion Fintech Innovation – Spearhead the adoption of advanced technologies, oversee platform development, and ensure seamless, customer-centric digital solutions that enhance user experience and accessibility.

Oversee Investment & Financial Performance – Manage portfolio strategies, product innovation, and financial models to deliver strong returns, optimize risk management, and ensure sustainable profitability.

Ensure Compliance & Risk Management – Establish robust frameworks for regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC), safeguarding the company's operations globally.

Build & Lead High-Performing Teams – Recruit, mentor, and inspire cross-functional talent across finance, technology, and compliance, while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Drive Stakeholder & Investor Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with regulators, investors, fintech partners, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and strategic alignment.
