Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage service sales and rebuild projects to drive growth with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs to propose tailored system improvement solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the entire sales process.
  • Prepare proposals for upgrades and retrofits, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Coordinate between customers and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.

  • Expand business opportunities and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in service sales with proven results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas.
  • Dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven.
