As part of our expansion, we are hiring dedicated and sales-driven Aesthetic Consultants to join our high-performance team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

  • Provide in-depth skin and body consultations tailored to client needs
  • Recommend treatment plans and packages with a consultative approach
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective conversion and upselling
  • Maintain strong follow-up and customer relationship management

Treatment Support

  • Assist in delivering non-invasive aesthetic treatments when required
  • Uphold treatment protocols and safety standards
  • Ensure optimal client experience throughout the service journey

Outlet Operations

  • Support front-desk operations, appointment scheduling, and treatment room readiness
  • Maintain outlet presentation, retail stock levels, and daily service flow

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in daily briefings and performance reviews
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and sales-focused team environment
  • Embrace continuous learning and mentorship opportunities

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or consultation experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Proven sales performance and customer service ability
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset
  • Certification in beauty, aesthetics, or related fields is advantageous

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Full-time, permanent role with some operational flexibility required
