Sincere Watch Limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professionals to take on the position of Sales Associate in the travel retail sector.

Location:

Changi Airport

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
  • Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
  • Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
  • Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
  • Processing of credit card & cash payments
  • Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
  • Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
  • Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player
