About the role
We are seeking a passionate Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at the new Tumi store in Changi Airport T2. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our luxury retail operations. This is a full-time position based in the Changi Airport.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and payments
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
- Contribute to the achievement of store sales and KPI targets
- Provide a high level of product knowledge to advise and educate customers
- Actively participate in staff training and development programs
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Good product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
