Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate

Locations: Jewel Changi / Terminal 1 / Changi Airport

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,000/month + Allowances & Incentives

We are looking for passionate Sales Associates to join two prestigious luxury jewellery brands in Singapore. This is your chance to work in high-end retail, engage with clients, and grow your luxury sales career.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, providing product knowledge and after-sales support.
  • Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling strategies.
  • Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and stock accuracy.
  • Support daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Uphold brand image and provide a premium luxury shopping experience.
  • Rotate between locations (Jewel / T1) if required.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin for the clientele base.
  • Strong luxury retail background focusing on storytelling.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in luxury.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours and rotate between locations as needed.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
  • Variable sales incentives/bonuses in line with luxury retail standards
