To oversee repairs with the sales team, ensure quality checks, maintain workshop standards, support daily operations, training, and administrative tasks to enhance client service.

The Oppurtunity:

  • Monday to Friday / Weekend off
  • Location: Town
  • Permanent role

The Job:

  • Manage the full repair process with the sales team, from diagnosis and client inquiries to cost estimates, coordination of repairs, and quality checks.
  • Promote teamwork and support daily boutique operations by expanding knowledge in High Jewelry, Jewelry, Watchmaking, and Stones, attending trainings, and completing LMS assessments to enhance client service standards.
  • Ensure the workshop is well-maintained and compliant with Maison guidelines, including proper setup, care of creations, and management of spare parts.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative duties as required.

The Talent:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, luxury retail, and after-sales operations.
  • Highly client-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and consistent follow-through.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Approachable, service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
