Join Our Luxury Jewellery Team – Sales Associate

(Singaporeans Only)

Are you passionate about luxury jewellery and love engaging with people? We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team, representing some of the finest gold, diamond, and luxury pieces in the market.

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and sell exquisite gold, diamond, and luxury jewellery to discerning customers.
  • Create a memorable shopping experience with exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Support daily store operations, including stock management and inventory checks.
  • Maintain elegant visual merchandising standards that reflect our luxury brand.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed both individual and team sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • N Level / Diploma and above.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passionate about luxury jewellery with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with diverse, multilingual clientele is a plus.
  • Sales-driven, well-groomed, and confident.
  • Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewellery is an advantage — but not required (comprehensive training provided).
