Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Growth
Drive sales and revenue growth across assigned regions by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and securing projects in the cooling tower industry. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and end-users. Provide technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Regional Market Strategy
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to regional markets, including competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives. - Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and support regional sales teams or representatives, setting clear targets and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor KPIs and provide regular sales reports to management. - Technical & Project Coordination
Work closely with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure technical compliance, smooth project execution, and timely delivery of solutions. Provide input for product customization to meet client requirements. - Tendering & Proposal Management
Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies while maximizing profitability. - Market Expansion & Networking
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and develop partnerships in the cooling tower and HVAC industry.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate with engineering background is an advantage
- Open to travel to SEA countries
