Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Southeast Asia to grow and diversify the existing customer base.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in Southeast Asia to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, while managing and supporting existing partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with direct key accounts to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Support marketing initiatives, including regional trade shows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical, logistics, and HQ teams in China to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to the Regional General Manager.
- Travel extensively to meet customers, partners, and attend events as needed, ensuring a strong presence in the region.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of regional sales experience in industrial automation, pneumatics, or related technical products.
- Proven track record of managing distributors and securing direct customer accounts.
- Good technical understanding of machines requiring explanation, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with China HQ.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
