About the Company

We are a Singapore-based solutions provider to the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Offshore industries, offering a wide range of industrial valves and actuators. To support our regional expansion, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us as Regional Sales Manager (Valves & Actuators).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by securing new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate and close commercial deals.
  • Review project specifications, prepare quotations, and present proposals effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support on industrial valves and actuators.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing developments.
  • Prepare timely reports for management on market insights and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, technical) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering (any discipline).
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in valves and actuators within the Oil & Gas / Marine / Offshore industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial valves (ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, etc.) and electric/pneumatic actuators.
  • Regional sales experience will be an advantage.
