As they scale rapidly, they're seeking a visionary Marketing Lead to lead brand growth, digital acceleration, and customer engagement across key international markets.

You'll be the architect of their brand story and growth engine—driving strategy, leading execution, and inspiring a high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and position the brand across digital, social, public relations, events, and retail
  • Lead product launches with strong go-to-market plans
  • Drive performance marketing, SEO, content, CRM, and e-commerce
  • Inspire and manage the marketing team; set KPIs and track performance
  • Analyse CAC, ROI, and conversion data to optimize campaigns and budget
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Manage marketing budget and external partners/agencies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on and leadership experience in marketing, ideally within supplements, wellness, or e-commerce
  • Regional marketing experience—preferably across Singapore, Malaysia, the UK, Australia, and Dubai—with a proven ability to adapt strategies to diverse consumer behaviours, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate marketing experiments and data-driven campaigns
  • Deep expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and optimization tactics
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics, SEO tools, design software, CRM systems, and e-commerce solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of strategic leadership in startup or lean-team environments
