
Personal Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the General Manager (GM) to provide administrative and operational support across various functions including HR, Administration, and Finance. This role is ideal for a young professional who is meticulous, patient, and eager to learn and grow within the organization. The right candidate will have the opportunity to take on special projects and develop into broader roles over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the GM
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as coordination of interviews, maintaining personnel files, and onboarding activities
- Support administrative functions including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and office coordination
- Assist in basic finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and reporting support
- Coordinate and follow up on internal communications and cross-departmental initiatives
- Take on ad hoc projects and assignments as delegated by the GM
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute beyond the defined role
