As a Personal Assistant , you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide full administrative support to the Chairman, including managing their calendar, organizing meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Develop and prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and external engagements.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Manage documentation and streamline workflow processes for efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and additional tasks as directed by the Chairman.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
- Act as a representative of the Chairman when engaging with vendors and partners as needed.
- Compose professional correspondence and ensure prompt follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any field of studies.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in hotel management or service line.
