Personal Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to provide full administrative and operational support to our Director of Food & Beverage.
This role combines office-based tasks with on-site coordination across outlets, suppliers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and communications
- Coordinate with outlet managers, kitchen teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, purchase orders, and simple financial or inventory summaries
- Handle staff documents, rosters, and onboarding coordination
- Assist with marketing or project timelines (e.g. new outlet openings, renovations)
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for company and regulatory records
- Handle general administrative errands and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Have full working rights for Singapore
- Minimum 1 year of admin or coordination experience (F&B experience an advantage)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Able to multitask and work independently with integrity and discretion
- 5 or 5½-day work week (depending on operations)
