As an Personal Assistant to CEO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the CEO's daily and weekly schedule, ensuring smooth flow of meetings, appointments, and personal routines.
- Coordinate personal and professional calendar entries, including meals, workouts, and errands.
- Handle travel planning, including bookings and detailed itineraries.
- Serve as a point of contact for personal communication and errands.
- Maintain reminders for key dates and tasks.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Liaise with household staff and external service providers as needed.
Requirements:
- With Degree in Business Administration or any relevant studies.
- At least 2 to 3 years of prior working experience.
- Travelling may be required.
