Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure marketing collaterals such as POSM, ticketing, tv content, and signage are delivered to outlets.
  • Duplicate TV content onto thumb drives for distribution across all outlets.
  • Organize logistics for devices to and from retail outlets.
  • Assist in managing bulk orders of gift cards, including QR code printing, card packing, and handling online gift card orders and premiums.
  • Track inventory of premiums, pack, and arrange them for delivery to outlets, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Handle bank account openings and cash deposits as necessary.
  • Supervise daily office operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Plan and coordinate events and also to schedule appointments, including interviews and meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding of new staff.
  • Handle application and issuance for Employment Passes, Work Permit, and SPasses.
  • Fulfill any additional tasks as required on a temporary basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of a Diploma's Degree in any field or higher.
  • A preference for candidates displaying a strong sense of duty, capable of performing well under pressure, and contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Able to do business trip
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language ability (written & spoken)
  • Prior experience will be viewed favorably.
