The Senior Executive, Learning will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Classroom Support Programme as well as maintaining communication and coordination with stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Provide onsite coaching to LF on pedagogy, child management and centre related matters.
  • Ensure quality programme implementation and timely reporting of the Learning Facilitators
  • Prepare documents for submission and reporting
  • Provide support in research/ data collection related matters
  • Coordination and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment in program content and delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Recognized degree in early childhood education
  • At least 4 years working experience in preschool sector; minimum 2 years of supervisory experience as a principal
  • Experience as a preschool principal and/or in a KidSTART setting is an advantage
