The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent with leading organizations in Singapore and beyond. Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and our proprietary database. Conduct initial screenings and build long-term relationships with passive talent.
  • Client Management: Partner with hiring managers from blue-chip clients to understand their needs, develop tailored search strategies, and present shortlists. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer negotiation.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of Singapore's competitive job market by tracking industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent shortages in tech, finance, and healthcare.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch recruitment services, and contribute to revenue targets through successful placements.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all processes align with Singapore's Employment Act, PDPA data privacy standards, and MOM guidelines. Track KPIs and report on pipeline progress using our CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) as required by MOM for employment agency staff.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment or sales experience (agency or in-house); fresh graduates with strong sales/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach; bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus for our diverse client base.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter).
