About the role

Kingfisher Executive Search is seeking a talented and experienced Senior 360 HR Consultant to join our team in Bugis, Singapore. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive HR services to our diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

What you'll be doing

  1. Find Clients: Win new business by connecting with companies in Singapore that need to hire HR staff.
  2. Find Candidates: Search for, interview, and build relationships with talented HR professionals.
  3. Be the Matchmaker: Connect the right candidates with the right companies. You'll manage the entire process from interviews to job offers.
  4. Be an Expert: Become the go-to person for HR recruitment in the Singapore market.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in any disciplinary.
  2. 3-5 years of success in a 360 recruitment agency role.
  3. Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management
  4. A strong sales drive and excellent communication skills.
  5. Good understanding of the Singapore job market.
  6. CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) is mandatory

Remuneration

  1. Uncapped monthly commission
  2. Work life balance: 9am - 6pm; 5 days' work week
