Central Region, Singapore CREATION CONSULTING HR PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Working hour: Flexible

Working location : Work From Home (WFH)

Salary: Commission-based (unlimited based on hardworks)

  • Employing proactive recruitment techniques such as headhunting to target and engage qualified candidates.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability and shortlisting qualified individuals.
  • Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our company culture.
  • Utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates.
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, offering detailed insights into their qualifications and suitability for the role.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Verifying candidates' references, qualifications, and employment history, as well as conducting necessary background checks.
  • Providing constructive feedback to both clients and candidates following interviews and assessments.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Assisting in the negotiation and extension of job offers to selected candidates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and equal opportunity employment laws.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices in recruitment and human resources to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
