About the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent for our clients across the Region. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the fast-paced world of recruitment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
  2. Screen, interview and assess candidates to determine their suitability for our clients' roles
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
  5. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on recruitment activities
  6. Continuously develop your industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with market trends
