About the role

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team . As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and placing top talent for our diverse range of clients across multiple industries.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and requirements, and deliver customized recruitment solutions
• Proactively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and your professional network
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Provide expert guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and placement
• Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, such as fill rates and time-to-hire
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Blaze team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in an agency environment
• A proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and placing top talent across various industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative recruitment solutions
• A passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
