We are seeking a proactive HR and Project Administrator to support our construction firm. This dynamic role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, while providing crucial project support like preparing meeting minutes. The ideal candidate is highly organised, adaptable, and a strong communicator in both Mandarin and English, and will report to the Project Manager and Senior Site Engineer.
Key Responsibilities- Human Resources:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, and interview arrangements.
- Conduct orientation for new employees and exit interviews for departing staff.
- Prepare HR-related letters, such as appointment and confirmation letters.
- Maintain employee files, work pass applications, and process claims.
- Project Administration:
- Attend all required meetings and accurately prepare minutes.
- Assist with the company's workplace safety, health, and safe management measures.
- Diploma or ITE in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration, is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills: Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
