Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Assistant Manager, located in Singapore. The Human Resource Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in the daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additional tasks include organizing training sessions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role also involves coordinating HR projects and supporting the HR Manager with various administrative tasks to enhance workforce efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Performance Management and conducting Training Sessions
  • Proficiency in HR Administration and maintaining Employee Records
  • Understanding of Employment Regulations and Compliance
  • Excellent organizational and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous HR experience in an educational setting is a plus
