SUMMARY OF THIS ROLE
As a People and Culture Executive, you'll support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle processes, employee engagement and daily HR coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support onboarding and offboarding process and prepare relevant documents.
- Assist in preparing interview materials, collecting interviewer feedback and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and activities that enhance the organizational culture.
- Provide support for employee training and development, including course consultation, time scheduling and participant communication.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR content on social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
ARCHETYPES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint), comfortable using social media and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content and detail.
- Curious mindset with a passion for learning and contributing.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Candidate with Human Resources intern experience and Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources is preferred.
