Senior Executive, Human Resource (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR administrative and advisory support in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved and reviewed.
  • Oversee HR processes to ensure compliance with company's policies and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report HR Shared Services metrics to stakeholders.
  • Review and improve work process design to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coach and guide the team on handling complex HR issues.
  • Undertake other HR-related duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
  • Organised, meticulous, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); interest in leveraging technology to automate repetitive tasks.
